Very nice and personal

Working with Byron has been a great experience. Byron is very knowledgeable in all aspects of home buying as well as the Manhattan KS area. We purchased new construction while living out of state. Now that we are in the area we are very pleased at the location and the home we purchased. We would reccomend Byron to anyone that is looking for information regarding buying new construction as well as a realtor services.

Lidia was our buying agent when we moved to Manhattan. She guided us through the negotiation process, but allowed us to remain in control. She was very professional and responsive. She worked around our schedule, which included weekends and evenings. When it was time to sell our house, we knew exactly who to call. Lidia helped me stage our home made sure everything was just right for first day to market. We had a signed agreement withing 7 days! I have loved working with Lidia when we were moving to Kansas to buy a house and when we left Kansas, to sell the house she helped us buy. Both times she exceeded all of our expectations, went above and beyond the call of duty, and demonstrated how ethical and professional she was. She always had our best interest and demonstrated in actions. She helped us understand all the technicalities of the contract, pros and cons of various options without pushing anything on us that suited her the best (i.e. commission, quick closing, etc). We have been so impressed with her that we now compare all realtors to her and no one even comes close. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who is trying to buy or sell their homes.

Byron is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with -- and I've worked with realtors in three different states for both personal residence and investment property. Byron has assisted me in both buying and selling so I have seen his work on both sides.

Byron knows real estate much better than most realtors do. Most realtors can manage the process well -- that's what they are trained to do. The difference is that Byron can do all that but he also understands the entire house construction process and thus he has the ability to look at a house in a much deeper way and his insights are better.

I would say that when you are working with Byron, you are working with a trusted adviser who absolutely knows what's he's talking about. That's a lot more valuable to you than just working with someone who is a good salesperson. If you want an expert adviser whose advice you can trust, Byron is a fantastic choice.
